A Look at the Innate Money-making Potential of Taurus
Security is important for the Taurus and money helps provide them with that security. Their desire for wealth and luxuries has a lot to do with their belief that the richer they are the more secure they will be.
Naturally Cautious
They are naturally cautious and careful but, being ruled by the planet Venus, they also have a fondness for the good things in life. This can sometimes move them to acting out of character, inspiring them to splash out on expensive treats or slap-up meals. This conflict between wanting to spend and wanting to save will show throughout their life.
Their intention is to slowly build up their wealth; they don’t mind routine and will happily work at a steady pace if this brings in a steady wage. This wage, of course, needs to be enough to maintain them in the comfort they’ve become accustomed to, or aspire toward!
Money Sense
As well as desiring comfort and wealth, they also have the determination and persistence to work hard until they achieve their aims. Taureans have good money sense and good business sense. They know how to make money work for them and will generally make sound financial investments. These may take years to mature but, Taurus is patient!
They aren’t careless with cash and aren’t likely to be persuaded into foolish ventures with the promise of making a quick profit. Get-rich-quick schemes will be avoided; Taurus is sensible and will sniff fraudsters from a mile away!
Saving and Investments
On the negative side, Taurus can become obsessed with saving that they may begrudge it when loved-ones’ spend their cash. In this they need to find a sensible balance between preparing for the future and enjoying their hard-earned cash in the present.
When investing money, Taurus will likely choose areas where their finances are safe and secure such as a Building Society account or other savings scheme which promises set returns in a set amount of time. Shares, Unit Trusts or anything with just a hint of a gamble may make them nervous. They prefer to know exactly where they stand regarding their savings. They might also invest in art, beautiful objects and antiques.
Possessions
Taurus enjoys the things money can buy; they value their possessions. They like to be surrounded by beautiful objects so there’s a chance they will start building up a collection of valuable objects. These will be an exhibit of their wealth while at the same time, they can be a good investment.
